Tentative Settlement Agreement

The Town has reached a tentative settlement agreement with Mr. John Johns.  The Agreement will not be final until the completion of the seven day waiting period that ends on Friday, April 16th.

The Town will not make comments regarding the settlement agreement until the settlement is final.
